Step II: Prepare all required academic documents i.e. O’level for Certificate courses, and both O’level and A’level or Certificate in a Medical course from a reputable training institution for Diploma courses and O’level for Certificate courses,  Certificate in a Medical course from a reputable training institution for Certificate courses .

Step III: Pay a non-refundable application fee of Ugx. 65,000/= which includes bank charges to the bank details provided below.

Step IV: Scan your deposit slip, and all your academic documents as a individual file PDF

Step V: Label the scanned document files  e.g Bankslip, UCE result slip, UACE-result slip and Nursing Certificate, bank slip.

Step VI: Click on appropriate  online application form to download.

Step VII: Fill in the form, scan it  and upload required documents, correctly named following instructions in Steps above and send to fcohes@gmail.com or bring the filled form to the college. Once you have submitted your application, keep checking the instituition by email or visiting the instituition for admission list.
